Stay with us as we bring this vision to life!Our Mission:To create a welcoming space built on faith, fellowship, and family culture—where individuals gather for meaningful conversations and purposeful connections, trusting in God as our Strong Tower.As a widow, entrepreneur, and empty nester, Sabra Robinson is stepping out in faith to build a community where everyone belongs—where every cup serves something deeper than coffee. Her vision took shape in the summer of 2024 and was affirmed that Fall during her church’s coffee group, Coffee, Christ, & Connection Reloaded.*Though some may say it’s too soon to share, she believes there is power in speaking her story. With unwavering faith, she trusts that Strong Tower Coffee Collective will come to life—so that others can witness firsthand the power of faith, belief, and bold obedience.This isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a FAITH movement.The Parable of the CupThere was once a humble coffee bean, small and unassuming. When left alone, it remained just a seed, full of potential but without purpose. But when placed in water, under heat and pressure, it transformed—releasing bold flavors, rich aromas, and new strength.So too is the power of coffee among people. Coffee has the power to bring people together, spark healing, and awaken bold flavors. When gathered together, sharing in its warmth, hearts are opened, conversations flow, and healing begins.
